I started off with some plants I photographed on my phone while on a walk.
I drew some of the small wild flowers and leafy plants I photographed but also gave myself lots of textures to scan in.
I used the stripes to build a crosshatch for the center of the flowers. The flower petals are a bit of scribble from my page.
I envisioned this pattern as a fun wrapping paper that would work for different seasons.
